Re: April 2018 Restricted COS

I don't understand why so many people are all of a sudden applying for this visa as well. What's the deal? Because there is no Tier in 2 ICT Short term visa ... So if some one is looking to apply for under Tier 2 there there are 2 choices ... ICT and General. Since there is no ICT short term visa a...

Re: April 2018 Restricted COS

Hi All, Refused since December 2017 with 35, I'm so frustrated with this now that I personally can't take any of this now, its feels so exhaustive both emotionally and mentally. We have been trying since months and nothing is changing and this uncertainty is so unpredictable nothing seems to coming ...

Re: Switching from Tier 2 (ICT) Dependant to Tier 2 General

Hi Smita4488, From your post my understanding is cooling period is not applicable for the T2ICT dependent. Any idea how long the process takes, roughly? I am in T2 ICT and my wife is working on the dependent visa. Her employer is ready to sponsor her. So my questions are- 1. Can I switch to T2G Dep...

Re: March 2018 Restricted COS

Just read this on Linkedin: Latest Intel is that SOL, PhD SOC roles and/or medical doctors may be removed from Tier 2 RCoS cap. Discussions in Parliament at present. ...and no general Immigration Rule changes (except above) in April. More likely to be May/June. I don't think there was a discussion ...

Re: SOC for Test Analyst

They have suggested 2139 but i didn't find it relevant for my test analyst role and that's the reason i was asking. Also if there is something relevant in shortage occupation list then the changes for COS allocation will increase considering the issues in same in last two months. My role basically d...

Re: Switching from Tier2 ICT Dependant to PBS Dependant

Hi johny_raj,

Would you mind telling me how did you get ILR on Tier 2 ICT route, if I'm not wrong then if your ICT was stamped on or before April 2011 then only your are eligible to do so. And if you got ILR using Tier 2 ICT route, is it possible to do so.

Re: Tier 2 ICT long Term dependant to Tier 2 General

But as I already work here is it legally correct to carry out RLMT for same. Means I'm already employed and then why do they need to prove they didn't find any one in EA. That makes no sense for me. I'm so confused with this process. What should be the ideal process to carried for me when I'm still ...
