Heading home.

You should return the UK before the visa expires and make that your start date of your HSMP. There is consideration for absences related to pregnancy so I'd try to minimize your time away as you aren't the one who is pregnant Thanks for the repsonse. We are currently already in the UK on the HSMP v...

I think that you'll find you are able to work in the U.K. Ireland is not part of the U.K. Northern Ireland is, but Ireland isn't. So you should be able to work in Scotland, Northern Ireland, Wales and England....but not Ireland.

I hope this makes sense.

Thanks,
Chris

Hi hsmp28122006 The reason I am sending all those documents is becuase the Entry Clearance doesn't actually state what we need to send in - "make sure you have provided all relevant orignial supporting documentation, including your passport. Details can be on our our info leafelets..." So...

Get em signed.

Hi mate,

I would think that you would be better off getting them signed and stamped. Better to be safe than sorry. If the slips say they are generated and don't need to be stamped, I would think that it is still OK to sign them even if they didn't need it.

Good luck,
Chris

Hi All, I am about to apply for my HSMP application as soon as my business bank account statements and UK Naric letter arrive. My one remaining issue is what to supply for a tax return. I think you are right miki. I think if you are 30 or 31 years old, then you can claim 5 points.
