Dear Silverbrigde, I am in the same situation... I am due to start tomorrow as a Doctor but still awaiting the decision from UKVI. Employer will wait untill 14/08 and then my offer will be withdrawn :(( Sent an escalation request today and my employer is going to contact them as well.. it is so sad....
