Re: ISC Exempt COS

Where is your appointment? Why don't you call hot line or tell your sponsor to call hot line and make this query? if your sponsor is happy to then may be, best is to change to isc liable and pay iSC fee and then claim the previous payment, or submit the documents and see what will happen (may be get...

Re: ISC Exempt COS

They wont reject the visa just for mentioning ISC exempt, they will ask for payment if your sponsor had to pay and then process your visa application. In my opinion your sponsor will have to pay ISC again for this new application, but your sponsor can get refund of previous payment for the remaining...

Re: Doing Business under Tier 2 General

In addition to above answers, you can be a director of a company (not to your sponsor company) (you can setup a company and open a bank account for the business) but you cannot work for your business. You can appoint employees to run your business.

yes, that will be fine.
i know a friend who is on Tier 2 G and running a business as a director, as long as you are not working for the business, you will be fine. there is no statement in Tier 2 Guidelines that says you cannot open business / non profit org.

Is it recommended to apply for an extension as a group i.e, Dependents applying for the extension at the same time as the main applicant? That is entirely up to you, my suggestion will be to go together if you are confident that you will get your Tier 2, if not you can apply for yours first and onc...

Re: Switching from Tier-2 to Tier-1 Entrepreneur within UK with access to £200,000 from a Third Party residing outside U

So what if a person working for tier 2 sponsor and owns a business, but does not work for that business or does not take any salary or profits (if any)?
