Do not confuse the two separate fee issues. There is the ISC - which is the Immigration SKILS Charge which employers pay and the IHS which is the Immigration Health Surcharge which the applicant pays.
Got it. Thanks CR001.

Re: Change of Tier2 employer - Dependent visa validity

How long the visa is you get depends on how long you have already held a Tier 2 General visa. You won't be issued a visa that will exceed the maximum 6 years allowed on Tier 2 General in total. If your CoS states 5 years, you have to apply based on what the CoS says but you will get less visa valid...

Re: Document list confirmation & issue date requirement

tb test is required, depending on your country of residence. Certain countries are exempt. Since he was born here and spend more time here and less than 6 months in pak, he should be exempt. But like i said, IMO. Many thanks for your reply. I know its better to be on safe side. If we have to do it,...

Re: Document list confirmation & issue date requirement

IMO, no need for tb test. You will need to add either employer letter saying they will support your dependent for at least 1 month for an amount up to £630, or u need to send your bank statements showing min balance of £630 for 90 days. This is very important, and if u dont do this, the visa will m...
