You should have received reference number atleast...if u still havent received pls call HO on 0114 207 6020...

Once you have the reference number than u get an idea of when it might get to CW..

Did u call up home office to see if your case is allocated to case worker yet..

hi freebirds, In your case payment is processd on 5th so the payment center would have posted ur documents to HSMP office on 8th. after receiving at HSMP office they allocate reference number and put it on to que. i think your documents would have reached HSMP yesterday...so try calling today u may ...
