First I received email on 29th july from nationalitysupportteam....that I will be contacted by post with in 21 days... then i emailed them during this during and yesterday furtherenquiry.. send me saying letter is send on 19th august... was it same with you? Do you mean 21st day or 21st working day?...

I have received an email yesterday from furthernationality.. that “... a decision has been made on your application and a letter was send out on 19th, you will receive it in 21 working..” I am hoping letters don’t take all 21 working to arrive, do they? Is it second class royalmail? Please reply

I can't comment on whether she will get approval or not, it depends entirely on your/her circumstances. One more thing to ask, will her previous 5 years stay count once flr fp is approved? Like will she be able to apply to ilr 10 years route(if available at that time) after 2 extentions of 2.5 years?

She applies on FLR(FP) PARTNER route, which is a 10 year route to ILR (4 x 2.5 year visas).
