It's the same! The Home Office stopped sending out questionnaires as far as I know. They just inform you that your case is being reviewed and you should provide documentation.


You need to wait until they make a decision!

I know some people who received the legacy questionnaire last year and are still waiting. The Home Office does not tell you when exactly they make a decision only that consideration has started.

Well, his current situation makes it difficult for removal because of his circumstances, but you should never doubt it when it comes to the Home Office.

I have a friend who received a letter from the Home Office asking for 4 photgraphs, and if he has any national identity from his coutnry of origin and to confirm his address.

Is that normal that they ask for that?
