I have been reading comments , and I just wanted to say that, I applied for undocumented scheme in June, and it was an EU TREATY right revoked case, I got my stamp today for 2years.

My solicitor told them about her health, and how its affecting her, got her medical history and work history here in Ireland and more letters from the doctors, all the medications she is on, as that's the reason y shes not exercising her eu treaty right, and I sent in my pay slips as I was then work...

No, I didn't apply for retention, we are still married, and she's still living in Ireland, yes she's not exercising her eu treaty right, as I said she is Ill and on disability benefit

I got a letter from INIS this week that my eu fam stamp4 has been revoked, and that I should bring my stamp4 and my passport to the local immigration, it also says i can appeal on an EU4 form, if i dont do all this i tend to face deportation and i have 21 days to get it done, even though they are aw...

I am looking to see a solicitor on the matter , and no they didn't ask for any medical insurance when we applied for EU1 , as she was working at the time of application

I would get letters from the GP again, and also involve a solicitor, she is getting disability benefit, its unfortunate she is very ill, I wish I could help her situation.

We are still very much together , and yes I informed inis about our situation, I even sent them a letter from her doctor saying that she cannot work, and we still live together, and am still working as well, not that it even counts anyway

Obie, thanks for responding, it was due to her health that she stopped working, I have letters from work and from doctors to prove this.

She Is permanently incapable of work. It's a long term illness and doctors have said she won't be able to work.
