yes it does state do you know vaf or gwf number other option says i dont have any of those so i chose that as i cant seem to find on application form too reference number is UKVI.

Thanks for your quick response I applied within UK so never had any VAF or GWF i will still check my application form cant seem to find on COS

Also with regards to absences my partner was out of UK 4 days before applying just returned back will that be issue?

If you are currently on tier 2 visa and changing your employer and applying inside UK, you need restricted COS.
