Just after getting off the phone from Citiz was told that I should hear from them in a week to 10 days and was also told that there is going to be a small ceremony in September and than another in December. I called the citizenship too after 1 hr of dialing. This lady said to me the same thing, She seemed a bit rude to me. She didn't tell me anything apart from that " We received last correspondence in last February 2018 which was passport return" So i asked them on what stage my application...

This is seriously getting ridiculous. I applied in august 2016 and still waiting for the decision. I get reply with the same automated email every time I email them asking about the updates :(
