As Pantaiema explained, NARIC letter is optional. No additional evidence is accepted in review.

It doesn't specifically cover any specifics to HSMP, rather gives an insight of best practices to be followed by UK Embassy and its staff.

Thats not required, since any 12 months out of last 15 months can be considered to claim the earnings.

Seems like a simple and plain application. If you are under 32 years, you can claim additional points by submitting your Birth Certificate/Driving license as well.

As per requirements mentioned in HSMP Application Form, one is supposed to provide a named contact (employer) who is suppose to verify the earned salaries. This fact can be mention in cover letter. I did the same . I made all 12 wage slips print out fresh and get them sign and stamped at the same time.

However, stamp on my wage slips are "Manager Finance, XYZ Company", with signatures of my finance manager.
