Rules say both ať time of application and also grant of entry tolerance so that would mean he had to apply for entry visa before october.
Can he enter after 9 month on that visa ?

new immigration rules affecting ilr for work permit holders

hi there,
i am gloing for ilr in person on 2nd december.
is it true the new rules mean after 26th november i have to be on tier 2 first and they will not accept any people on work permit anymore.
can any body shed any light on this matter?

a small problem to re apply

hi there, i think it can be tried the way vinny mentioned, has any one succeded in that manner ? about reaplying for a new work permit i am afraid there is very lttle cahnce for that person suceeding as he would probably not qualify on points basis, hence trying to find a sloution for it. thanks for...

HI THERE, I SEND IN MY IDP AND THAT IS WHEN I GOT THE LETTER STATING THAT THIS WILL BE PROCESSED BY MAGISTRATE. I WAS DOING 38 IN 30 MILE ZONE AT MIDNIGHT. THAT IS THE ONLY SPEEDING TICKET I GOT !! HI THERE,
can i get my indian pasport renewed in by april 2008 which is one year before it's expiry as i then can go for indefinate stay on the new passport so would not have to pay the extra fees to transfer the indefinate stay on to my new passport.
