If you switch to FLR M, you have to wait 5 years on FLR M before you can apply for ilr. The time.on FLR fp doesn't count towards the 5 years.
Thanks

How much is the fee for premium service?

Re: Switching from FLR FP to FLR M

Of course you can switch. Just make sure you meet all requirements. Fiance. English test etc. Your ILR clock will reset again so you'll need to count your FLRM as the first 2.5 years then extend. If you've spent 10yrs legally then you can settle after 10 years legal residency. Thanks bathanza So if...

Switching from FLR FP to FLR M

The home office granted me a FLR FL for 30 months(unmarried partner route) after successful appeal back 2018.

My question is can I apply/switch my visa to FLR M while still on FLR FP? And how my future ILR application will affect this route?

Many thanks

Re: FLR FP refused

I don't know. Maybe you were supposed to be detained but you were not? People who had their FLR(FP) application refused were being detained --like me. The judge released me with citation to art 8 of the ECHR. I'm sure others have been ,..released on the same grounds. Maybe they aren't detaining spo...

I spoke to my solicitor and appeal is not his specialty, so my partner and I decided not to use him again, we are back to zero.

Anyone can give advice and help?

Is it worth appealing this?

Hi everyone.just a quick question.

The 6months timeframe for FLR FP starts when? Is it from the date they deduct the fee or from the date we received acknowldgement letter/ECHR from them?

Thanks.
It starts after the biometrics has been recorded/enrolled.
