Anyway you would have to apply for a visa for a spouse of a European citizen which should be issued ...

If you are the spouse of an Irish citizen who is applying for Irish citizenship you must meet the following con...

First of all if you make more than 25,000 a year you can sponsor an illegal family member that is already in Italy...you can not sponsor anyone that is not already here! Let's say you offer them a contract and declare they have been working for you for the last 6 months, they can then regularise the...

Yes it is kind of true I will explain..... Italy until recently held amnesty's every couple of years where they legalized immigrants who had been living in Italy illegally for over I think 5/6 years? And had a work contract. Then they abolished this. They made a new law where by being illegal (cland...

Akwadaa - did Obie not give you an answer? Get the application, fill it and get your landlord to sign his part. Once he has done so, take a copy and the recorded delivery receipt you received from the post office and send it to the department. It is your landlord's responsibility to do it. Get him t...

I'm not sure that's correct, as you would be Irish by descent you could only pass citizenship onto your children if they are born on the Island of Ireland. Well that was my understanding of the whole Irish by descent. As to question 1 yes you would be able to live/work within the EU and your spouse ...
