Btw, Av u contacted your local council first? To check if they send your ceremony attendance to HO? And if u also contact HO to check rec...

Re: Old FPN gone from licence and AN application

I was in a similar situation when I applied back in August this year, I had an FPN back in 2010 - thi had now been removed from my license, and I also had taken an Awareness course in Dec 2016. I was worried how these would be treated as I hadnot mentioned them on my application and only realised af...

Re: Absence from UK on spouse visa

- However, for FLR(M), once it comes to it in 2.5 yrs, I have constantly been told that the HO question any absences of 90+ days in a single year I have also been told of cases where the FLR was rejected due to this rule, so would help to clarify the requirements for FLR(M), Nonsense. Re: Absence from UK on spouse visa

Hi guys, sorry to bring back an old topic, but I am getting a little confused. - I understand there are no absence limits for anyone on the spouse visa - that's not a problem - However, for FLR(M), once it comes to it in 2.5 yrs, I have constantly been told that the HO question any absences of 90+ d...

120 days - 80% of applications decided whether 120 days - 72% of applications decided. The question is what's going on with the rest of 20-28% ?! They are ...what? What should expect applicants whose application held longer than 120 days? When them to expect at least tiny particular progress in dec...

Hello all, UKVI just updated the processing times for standard applications on there website. If your applying from the US the percent of decided applications at 60 days went from 96% to 71% from when they updated as per September. Re: Expired driving license points to be declared?
