Pro rata salary for renewal

Hi, For job code 2129, the experienced rate is based on ASHE 39 hours per week. Company works 37 hours pw. If offered £32000 for a T2 CoS renewal, is this is ok as UKVi will pro-rata this based on 39 hours? This will make equivalent salary £33730 which is over £33500 threshold for 39 hours? Please a...

Re: Home office - further information needed

Are you in the UK already? If so, how are you working without sponsorship?
Or are you outside the UK?
I am confused as to why RCoS has been applied for?

Travel after change of employment

Hi all
Have changed employer, got new BRP and started work with them last week.
Is there any thing else need to be done before I travel outside of the UK to home country? Or can I travel to home country without any extra action?
Thanks

Tier 2 visa extension - salary confirmation

Hi all Just want to check teh calculations for an extension of tier 2 application: SOC is 2129, so £31,700 is for an experience migrant, and am I right in saying that this £31,700 is based on 39 hours per week? So if the migrant works 40 hours per week, it would be pro-rated up to a gross annual sal...

Unclear what you are asking about??
an appointment for his Tier 2 ICT, having submitted online.
Or
I am not sure if this is because it is ILR and not Tier 2 General?
Apologies - It is ICT Tier 2, his first visa to come to the UK. Thanks so much!

Documents to take to visa appointment - ICT Tier 2

One of our prospective employees has just received an appointment for his Tier 2 ICT, having submitted online. In his confirmation document for the appointment, it states that the only supporting document he has to bring is his passport. Is this normal? I am not sure if this is because it is ILR and...

Working outside EU on Tier 2

Hello,

Can a Tier 2-sponsored migrant be employed by a UK company, but work for that company outside the EU?

We have some work outside of the EU and have the skills with one of our sponsored migrants.

Thanks in advance.

We would like to add a Tier 2 ICT license for our company. We have all the relevant documents ready, and know we have to apply onl...

Employment post-studying

We have candidate who finished studies and says she can work with us full time. Says that HE institution can extend her Tier 4 visa for another year now she has finished. Is this correct? Seems to be little information online about employing Tier 4 workers, especially post-study. We employed during ...

Tier 2 General or ICT?

Someone who works for our world wide group (we are UK subsidiary) has applied for a role with us in UK. We have fulfilled RLMT and interviewed all candidates, and he has turned out to be great fit. We only have standard Tier 2 A rated licence - not ICT license. Could we still apply for RCoS for him ...

Dates on CoS for change of employment

Morning all We have completed the RLMT for a candidate coming to us from within the UK. He is currently sponsored on Tier 2 with his current company. When I assign his uCoS, what end work date can I put? Is it only until the end of his current visa (mid 2019, on a previous CoS from his current compa...

Re: Tier 2 changing employer - dependants

Hi CR001, Yes the RLMT has been completed and met. Regarding the dates of work on the new uCoS, do we put from the start date until his original visa expires (current visa expiration is end of 2019), or can we do for another full 3 years from his start date (assuming he won't be on the visa for long...

Tier 2 changing employer - dependants

Hi all,

We are looking at employing someone who will be switching employers to us, he is already on Tier 2 in the UK.
How would he go about bring his dependants with him? Would he need to reapply for them to continue staying when he gets his new unrestricted CoS allocated from us?

Many thanks!

Hello One of our employees has just had their Tier 2 leave to remain extension rejected as the salary is insufficient (salary not sufficient for occupation code based on 39 hours per week, we work 40 hours per week).
