I applied 17th june through NCS merton. I got the invitation letter on 24th aug with approval dated 17 july. I called council today and they haven't recieved the certificate yet so can't book the ceremony :(. do you know how long it will take for council to receive certificate?

No she can not cook but can dress with some help. Although she can afford to pay someone herself but primarily she needs emotional support as well. Hi,
Is it good idea to fill the form using acrobat writer? I donwloaded the evaluation version and can fill the most fields on computer or add text labels. Is it acceptable to fill this way? Or should I only use pen and paper to fill it?

I think she qualifies. She was HSMP dependent since Jan 2008 followed by tier 1 dependent since July 2009. We have co-habition proofs of last two years, council tax and bank statements. When applying for the settlement do you needed to take your wife and child with you? can you postpone the biometrics of family for some later date or earlier date? If no can they leave right after the biometrics are done?

They havn't asked me for the early extension rasons. My visa was extended from the date of expiry of old one. i.e. my new visa is until July 2012. There was another person who was on work permit.
