I understand that are a lot of mistakes. But most worrying is that HO interviewed after 9 months rather just refusing on the documents itself. Isnt this a waste of resources and proper poor service standard?

Complex letter in january.
Interview in september 2017.
Involved MP once and said case is complex, contact again if i do not hear in 6 months.
Also made a complaint 2 weeks ago, no result yet.

As many times discussed on this forum. This is a beta version which is NOT accurate.
I have seen people who got their visas still the status was “awaiting decision”.
In short, this means nothing.

My interview was on 12th September.

The call received was from a UK mobile number.

I did NOT receive any email.

Its a normal practice.

As far as I know, you still can apply for a fresh application within 2 weeks after AR refusal.

Majority cases AR decision comes within 1 month. Even if it does not I am pretty sure you still get 2 weeks to apply for a fresh application.

What makes you think you are refused?
Hope for the best till you hear from HO as IHS refund does not mean anything certain.
