ECO Email 27th July
Visa dispatched email 15th Sep
Visa received 18th September

I applied for tier 4 from Karachi on 19th of july and so far I havent heard anything back from UKVI regarding my application. classes are starting on 25th. Have escalated multiple times through call and email. University has contacted their license manager regarding the case and still got the same r...
