My wife was in the same situation and discretion was applied for absence within 30 days over the limit. we mentioned the reason and also asked for discretion on the cover letter. you should be ok.

I meant since I have absence for business related work outside the UK, would case worker want to verify if it was paid for and not an unpaid annual leave.
Like you said I will not bother abt this much and just submit latest payslips and latest bank statements, thanks

You could ring up HMRC and request them for an employment history for last 5 years which you can use instead of your P60s. I received mine in about 5 days. Just so you know, P60s are not mandatory documents.

About absence letter, I am not sure.
