HSMP ILR JR is not for everyone, it's a special case and is for those whose applications were decided in court? Not sure when it was launched but as far as I know some HSMP holders complained about the sudden introduction of HSMP few years ago in 2006 and their application had been refused then they...

no, my understanding is you'd need the same salary criteria. e.g. check how much salary you needed exactly from page 30: http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... iew=Binary

As far as I know, you'd need 5 years not 4 years.

The new changes will affect everyone applying for ILR from 6th April including you.

document missing

Hi
I have missed a document (P60) in my application.

If I want to send P60 with my application, do I need to create a new application from scratch or I can send with the existing one they have.

Any Ideas/?
Thanks

hi

Yes

It was rejected because of not having P60 which is compulsary, you need to put it there (they know that's until 5th April 2006).

Then you need to provide either bank statement or Letter from company.

I will make another application in 10 days.

Regards

Thanks za2301

My parents will send me my original birth certificate next week.

Do you know how to show our Income Tax?
P60 only covers until 5th April 2006?

Thanks again

HSMP

Hi

I just want to emphasize that P60 is compulsory and your application will be refused without that even if you provide payslips, bank statements, and company letter like mine :(

* They must be available for the period claimed
* Do they need to be signed and stamped by Company?

Thanks

Hey

They refused mine.

They need your original birth certificate.

The only reason to consider your notarized copy of passport, is something like disaster, earthquake, and these kind of things

Thanks

HSMP Application sent on 28th December

Dear Friend

I am very happy for you that your application is approved

I have not event recieved my HSMP reference number since 28th December.

They shouldn't have lost my application since the money has been deducted from my account on the 4th January 2007.

Still waiting to any response.

Good Luck

HSMP Application sent on 28th December

Thanks dear friend

I called them several times, but no one answers.

I sent them an email to hsmp.workpermits@ind.homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk describing my situation.

I hope I get my reference number soon, and also I am worried that my visa is expiring soon.

Thanks
Pooya
