Hi dnataraj.... Thanks a lot for sharing the cover letter. It was really helpful. I have one clarification--- As per the HSMP guideline, the previous earnings are calculated for the PRE-TAX amount, in that case you are eligible for 40 points. So just wondering what makes you think in a different way...
