Yes the date on the form is 13/042017 but the error is only on Fps and due to strange reason her name apperaing year before under the heading not paid but not as an employee. The Fps is not showing start date of employee D. The employee D is due to strange reasons showing on previous Year FPS 2015-2016 but under Not Paid heading.

Yes you can do Ecs check but if are a sole director then a company secretary or employee(double check) can do ecs check on your behalf but Ecs check i presume would be done in your company name as you cannot work or any other company cannot do Ecs check on you. I would suggest not to give interview at the Vo. Get a proper office and notify Home office that you have a proper place you hold meetings only at the place where you VO.
