Consider yourself very lucky if you get the decision in 3 months from application. You can contact them whenever you wish but they will most likely reply you with generic answers all the time. The council has agreed to provide with a NOC certificate for my council property. Can i now apply for wifes visa on that address. i will be paying full rent and the council tax. My wife has passed her TB and English Test. Does it need to be submitted here with the application or she will give it in with her documents in Pakistan?
