Re: CCJ and Naturalization

I had a CCJ and my application was approved. You need to send proof that you are making payments towards the CCJ.

Proof of Residency for self employed people

I had 5 year refugee status then got my indefinite leave 2 years ago. I am filling in form AN and it is requesting proof of residency. On form it does mention government letters. Are yearly letters from HMRC reminding me to do my self assessment tax return be enough to prove residency?.

CCJ and defaults

I went on Experian and discovered I have a CCJ and a default. I have rang the companies and agreed a payment plan which they will also be sending as proof. If I send this proof will it affect my application for naturalisation?. Has anyone else been in the same boat?.
