No Nakvis, You don't have to submit all this , as per HSMP FLR guidelines You need to submit 1. Full Form HSMP FLR 2. HSMP Approval Letter 3. Passport 4. I got my HSMP Approval today , Thanks to everybody who updated this thread. My Details ========= In country Applications Sent Application on 10 Jan Received & Money deducted on 11 Jan No Acknowledgement till 22 Jan so sent a mail to HSMP Team & got reference number on same date - 204 XXX App...

Can you please update date on which you applied , date on which money was deducted from your account and finally date on which it was approved (I assume its 30 Jan)

Was it in country application or from outside UK ?
