Bear in mind reporting her sponsor will likely end up losing her job and her visa will be curtailed. Unfortunately you will have to serve cooling off period. Cannot directly change from Tier 2 Long Term to Tier 2 General straight away.

only a maintenance letter saying that employer can help accommodate your wife, for an amount of £630 up to 1 month, if required.
