Tier 2 General Dependant priority service

Hello folks,

I had applied for PBS Dependant a week ago on Friday and has not yet received any decision email.

Is priority service liable to decide result within 5 working days for in country application ?

Do they refund automatically as SLA is breached ?

2 years evidence with items spread evenly for every 3 to 4 months. Sorry to ask again, Items spread evenly every 3 or 4 months as in ? Reason am asking is Council bills came annually and were direct debits, also for first year I had only water bill in my name (is election card, Bank statement ok)

Why 6 months bank statements? The requirement is only 90 days to show evidence of maintenance funds. Assuming you are applying in the UK and have an existing dependent visa, you need evidence of cohabitation in both names for the last 2 years or since you came to the UK. One get's BRP once in UK hence no one knows what will be Date of Issue on it, only thing I got was a month visa from 30th Dec hence the dilemma...
