I need a clarification , which English test is required for my wife , if I'm having ILR . She is in U.K. With tier 1 entrepreneur dependent visa now . If I get ILR , which visa she will need to apply and which English test she required ( B1 or B2 ) ?

I know there are many . But what I have seen in mainly 5 year ILR from tier 1 entrepreneur. But I need 10 year ILR from tier 1 entrepreneur. Sorry if it is making complications .

My friend had the same situation as yours , they called him after a week , received his ILR confirmation after that by post . So don't worry . You will get it . He was on tier 1 entrepreneur.

When I called a solicitor , I been informed that they will charge £800 for the application preparation. ? What you think , is it ok I fill the application by myself rather than giving £800 just to fill the form and taking premium service ?
