Thanks to all that take the time to update how long their applications took, it makes the wait a bit easier! just reached 4 months for my two children so fingers crossed not long now. Will definitely update when it all goes through!

Just out of curiosity, did anyone's witness NOT get contacted about their application? It's not a problem as my witness is a police officer but I just wondered if they do always contact them or not always. Applying from the UK on behalf of my two minor children.

I've finally got all my paperwork together to apply for my two children, my father was born in Ireland so I've recently acquired my first Irish passport, now need to get the kids registered as well. I keep nervously checking and rechecking all the pieces of paper, there's just so much I feel certai...
