I am not sure I can't really help you there. I sent all my documents to her in Thailand to be then scanned back over to Sheffield. We have applied on the 16th October 2017 and are still waiting. We got an email stating that our documents were being prepared to be assessed by the ECO on the 27th Octo...

Re: UK spouse visa - council tax bill required?

I do get PIP enhanced rate. We followed the form accordingly and sent them employment information as my wages do exceed the financial requirement.

Would this affect my situation?

Re: Documents query, urgent

From my knowledge you don't need to carry the original as your visa has already been accepted.

UK spouse visa - council tax bill required?

Morning, I was just wondering as my landlord pays my council tax on my behalf and is included in my monthly rent with water rates. I only applied recently and so we are still in the early stages. My landlord did give me a letter stating that the council tax is included in my rent along with my water...

Re: UK Spouse Visa Thailand

My wife scanned them. There wasn't much difference in the way of cost. My thinking was scanning would surely be quicker than sending.

If you apply tomorrow then our applications will be decided roughly the same time.

My wife is from Thailand.
