Once HSMP is approved, you will need to apply for FLR(HSMP) within 6 months, the HSMP visa is granted for 2 years....so...in your case it will be till 2009....

I guess webhunter is right...

While applying for FLR(HSMP) include all the dependants in the application (if the dependants are staying in UK) otherwise you need to get their EC done from ur home country...

EC/FLR

Congratulations...
I am currently in UK and my assignment is till Feb end, planning to do EC and not FLR because of 3 things
My family is in India so I would be able to do there EC as well
Price factor, it cost Rs 7500 per visa (TBC)
Time, it takes 3 working days to get the visa (TBC)
