Hi Thanks for all the replies folks Well I dont really understand that how many just how many more new rules we have to go through before getting our ILR if we'll be lucky enough to have one They are so vague in their definitions didn't mentioned any thing clearly that how this rule will be applied...

It always always better to speak to an accountant before applying...There are stutory requirement for Limited companies as well as self employed (sole trader)...and it easy to mistake one for another ....pls am not an accountant just sahring experience

Can i use the same bank statment I used as proof of earning for maintenance fund instead of getting another one....if i write a cover letter to specify what date am claiming for say 1st of july 2008 to 31st of oct 2008 will this be enough..
