Previous flrfp application status online changed today: Decided
No fee returns yet.
Set LR status still: Awaiting a decision
Gave me some hope atleast to get the decision soon.
There is no guarantee for a same day decision on premium service.
Ukvi says that standard timeline is 4 to 8 weeks if they need to do further checks.but still many people have to wait weeks or months.
Be patient and hope for a positive outcome.

I applied on 03 October 2017 at Croydon Centre Premium Service.
They gave me the same letter. It also states do not contact us we will get back to you.
