You made the claim on your arrival to the UK and from that day you were waited for a home office decision until the July 2012. This period was the processing time include even whether you had appealed against home office decision. Therefore you did not overstayed and your good to go for naturalisati...

We are eligible for naturalisation and paid the same fee such other applicants, we got the same rights like others then why this home office treat Refugees in a different way.
