You made the claim on your arrival to the UK and from that day you were waited for a home office decision until the July 2012. When did you first request the update (after 6 months or before ) from home office and what was the response wording.

We are eligible for naturalisation and paid the same fee such other applicants, we got the same rights like others then why this home office treat Refugees in a different way.

Current average processing time looks about 5 months so another 2 months to hit out my days.

Were some missing mandatory application pages. I had a set of photocopies before sent out still I couldn’t believe what happend.
