I dont know if this is normal or im just freaking out for no reason but i recieved all of my documents back in just a week from sheffield. Is this normal has this happened to anyone?

Always be a positive thinker but be informed that appeal is taking so long while re-applying with the missing documents is faster. During appeal you can't submit recent/additional documents which you can in case of re-applying. And yes you can travel to meet your partner at abroad. Thanks for reply...
