Best to fight for it in court which by then you should have audited accounts ready. It'll make it easier for you to win.

Hi, My spouse from abroad will apply for a Spouse Visa shortly and I will take the documents to an appointment/biometric centre then submit to Sheffield. Some people I know have been refused their visas due to "missing documents" even though all of the documents have indeed been submitted....

Hi. Do you mind me asking what kind of job do you do? I noticed ECO calls some people if they work for a certain job like for a restaurant for instance. My case is that I do work for a restaurant. Just worried that ECO may call and my manager doesn't pick up.

Best thing is, get a solicitor to help you. The solicitor will write a written statement confirming that he/she has checked all of the documents required and that there's nothing missing.
