Re: Spouse visa - nhs prescription free?

Bro, if you don't have an answer, don't tell me to ask an immigration advisor. I would've done so if that was my intention. Stop being an idiot. What's the point of coming here to ask questions when you can't even give a decent answer? If you wish to remain a member of the forum, I strongly suggest...

Re: Spouse visa - nhs prescription free?

Hi,

Yes but the answers I was given is very vague. Doesn't specify my wife's eligibility for NHS free prescriptions at all. All this time, we've paid in full for her prescriptions.

Hi, In short, I'm on Universal Credit with my zero hours job. Does my non-british wife who's on Spouse Visa have to pay for NHS prescriptions? Noticed on the NHS website where it mentions the following: "You're also entitled to free prescriptions if you or your partner (including civil partner)...

Re: Can I claim Universal Credit during Spouse Visa Application?

Hi,

Sorry for the late reply. Yes he has. Birmingham is one option. But his employment is here in London.

Also he's reaching pension age in 2024. Would be able to bring his wife over on pension benefit?

How many number of payslips needed for Cat A for my zero hour contract job?

Hi, Quick question. I'm going to renew my wife's spouse visa (first time) towards the end of next month. I am on zero hour contract. I intend to use Cat A as my income from late June 2021 to Dec 2021 exceeds minimum threshold requirement. I get paid weekly. For Cat A, I know that we are supposed to ...

Re: First Spouse Visa Extension - Cat A or Cat B?

That's indeed a lazy way of giving the answer. If I know that the guidance is straightforward, I wouldn't have asked here. I already read the guidance. I wasn't too sure if I understood the calculation method completely hence why I asked here. Honestly, if you don't want to bother answering in your ...

I replied politely but you responded by saying "because I have no time to start explaining myself to you." Then why are you on the forum? If you want to answer to other people, no need for that tone. That level of tone was unnecessary. I only asked if you are sure as others on this very we...

Re: Will my partner spouse visa be affected if I was on Universal Credit?

As long as she had the proof she told the DWP she was under immigration control but they still paid it, it will not affect her visa. She would still be required to pay this money back. Re: Will my partner spouse visa be affected if I was on Universal Credit?

To answer the first question, I can't remember what I put in the UC application as it was done back in 2019 but most likely, I've put (on the advice of U.C. themselves over the phone) that I do not have a partner. UC agent said that had I put that I had a partner, then their system may accidentally...
