Hi My estranged wife is working in the uk using a BR1 form work permit issued to a romanian citizen married to a uk citizen. Recently we seperated and she returned to romania , she now intends to return and start work again. If she returns and we are seperated is the work permit still valid. ? cheers

I keep reading two lots of conflicting information. One states that if u visit on a eu passport you can only stay for 6 months in the uk. The other statement i read says you can stay as long as u can support yourself if you do not intend to work.
