Re: P60 and Employer's Letter

yes P60, payslips and letter from employer is considered as one source. You must have bankstatments as 2nd source. Hi there, I am planning to apply for my extension early in June 09 using the financial year to apply for my extension. I will be 9 months ahead of my actual extension but I am finding i...

You can apply Tier 1 visa even before 2 days left of your six months time limit. I dont think that once your Biometrics are taken, you have long time then. Altenativly just 2 weeks before of your tier1 approval letter dead line and still you haven't got your passport back, request for urgent treatme...

If I were in your shoes, I would get student visa stamped. Because;

1. In worst case scenario, if I am unable to get Tier 1 visa, my student visa remains intact.

2. I have already paid the visa fee for student visa.

3. I have still enough time to apply for Tier1 visa (six months).

Hope this helps.

In case of appeal, new evedinces are normally not accepted. But you should get in writing from your employer, if the judge asks you to proove what are claiming. The HO lawyer usually does not come with such good preperation and grounds.

Re: Tier 1 (General) Refusal

Hi Sorry to know about your refusal. You are right that you cannot reapply once your Leave to Remain has expired. Though there are good chances if you go to appeal. Just hire a solicitor (normally charge from £750-1000) and I believe you would be ok. He just need to proove that pay were included wi...

What I understand that even if your declare this offence, it would not jeoprodise your Tier 1 application but it might, if you dont declare it. Just declare it and write at the end that it has been spent.

I dont think that you need to resubmitt your degree. Just tick the box that you have already submitted the degree and satisfied English languge requirement. No one is 100% sure that new changes would be applicable for existing Teir 1/HSMP people. We have to wait for the time when HO announces guidel...

Which university and what degree? I think if you have evaluated your degree before, then you dont need to send it again, just mention and claim the point. Alternatively you can write to NARIC and to confirm your degree's comparibility as you have still three months left for your extention. Hi, I got...
