That's wrong assumption.

46 points is possible.

Remember there is a clause, Milk-round under RLMT which given them 30 point instead of 20

Milk-Round + 36K salaray= 30+16=46 point

%o point application were approved last month also....so the cutoff is probably the same as last month 46

No-one knows on what basis this is done. I am still waiting too. My points are either 45 or 36 depending ...

I dont really understand their logic , it is really easy for them to borrow RCOS from the coming months , clear out the backlog and then make adjustments through out the year to balance the number of RCOS given out as usually there have always been more RCOS to offer and fewer applicants, I am sure...

Yes, exceptional cases also fall under monthly quota But the point scored by exceptional approval does not give us the actual picture of the score that normal approvals happen with that exceptional approval at 50 points, some people on the forum are thinking applications at 50 are getting approved ...
