@Everyone, Another point I noticed here is, People who posted that they got refusal are probably the ones who haven't got Rejection in December month, they have only applied in January and got Rejection We need to wait to see if there is someone who git Refusal in December & January as well Anyw...

I checked with my sponsor and they are yet to hear on status of my rcos. I have 65 points not on shortage occupation and HO did not raise any queries it seems. Hoping for an update in couple of days now that ppl at higher scores started getting updates. Have you also applied in December month alloc...

yes...getting a new COS is the way out...but with december being over oversubscribed the chance of getting one till april is quite gloomy. That's why was wondering if challenging would work.

can you not use the same CoS, i think it wont get expired

maybe she could reapply for visa with correct category again
