Yes, I am not really sure why it didn't go through the normal allocation as this is what I expected to happen. In terms of points I believe for completed RLMT and salary £36k the application scored 20 + 16 = 36 points. But in all previous months allocations the minimum for allocation was 21 points ...

@mschase There was some miscommunication in my first application. The HO didn't send out the letter to my sponsor to ask for the addionatinal info but they thought they did. So they rejected my application cuz my sponsor didn't respond (he didn't know) but then realised they never sent that letter ...

Hi I just need to knows are you waiting for COS or for visa. ? i have submitted my docs with cos but still waiting. Hi Naveen, this thread is regarding the Certificate of Sponsorship (COS) and not visa. Since you are switching from Tier 1 to Tier 2, I think that is a different process altogether.
