For kids below 11 years(our kids are 4 and 9) , there is no x-ray during TB test. They will ask few questions about kid's health and then issue the certificate. There is TB testing guidance available on gov.uk website if you need specific guidance about infants.

If you check tier 2 visa guidance available on gov.uk website, it says visa to be applied within 3 months from date of cos assignment and upto 3 months before work start date. It does not talk about RLMT expiry.

Just received a confirmation from HR that my Rcos is approved. First time applied in Jan with 65 points and not in shortage occupation. Hopefully rest of us will get it in Feb and all the best !
