Hi
I am due on November this year
This year i have not done once
Last whole year once it was 20.5 hours
I have 2 shifts in June during my holidays which brings that week to 22 hours. I am bit scared to do now as I think it is better to cancel it

20 hours extra work

Hi all, I am on tier 2 visa. I am a pharmacist and do locum work on top of my employment. Once in a while the locum work goes over 20 hours a week. Like 21 or 22 hours. Hi,
I spoke to my company CEO
Got an update from home Office saying that we don’t need a new sponsor license as they bought the whole company and it will be trading under the same name. So all cos remains intact.
Have anyone heard about it?

Thanks a lot Dan. I don’t want to risk either. Sponsor license was applied at the end of October. I am hoping we get the license. Do you know how to transfer my cos to new owner. Is it through the sms account of old owner.??
