Re: Second Entrepreneur Extension refused on the basis of Interview (Credibility)

I am adding few observations based on my own experience of running a business, as far as Director loan is concerned the date needs to be from when investments were made, for this constitutes an important part in your annual accounts. This was explained to me by my accountant when we began investing ...

Re: Extension Visa application Refused after interview

Hello friend, I think if the turn overs are genuine there is plenty of room to win this case. Because such turn over need a lot of efforts and it generates the obvious outcome every month, quarter and year. You seem to be above threshold for VAT you must have the VAT history? I could spot there were...

I think common sense would prevail here, although I am not an expert I see 10 days short validity as within qualifying period as you are allowed to apply 28 days prior. Wait for experts.

Re: Sponsoring dependent/spouse when main applicant's visa expires in four months

Hi, I successfully applied for my wife from india in December when I had about 5 months tier 1 left. Re: Dependent visa query

Thank you everyone my wife has received her visa today. This might help clear the myst around less than 6 months visa validity. As I only have 5 months visa left. Thanks again and I shall come back with my queries about further extension to ILR.

Regards,
