Re: Naturalisation for my daughter

Why is your wife so reluctant to apply for ILR? Keep in mind that her Indian citizenship (assumed based on your flag) will not be impacted in any way if she has ILR. It will only be lost if she becomes a British citizen. But if your wife is granted ILR, your daughter can apply for ILR with her and ...

Re: Naturalisation for my daughter

You asked a similar question in 2017. The advice doesn't change. https://www.immigrationboards.com/british-citizenship/naturalization-for-my-daughter-t243748.html#p1563994 Your daughter will only qualify for ilr when your wife does. This is clear in the immigration rules. The rules don't allow your...

Re: ILR main applicant - Dependent extension

Thanks a lot for your reply.
I will enter 'ILR expiry' date as 3 years from now and I will write a covering letter with all the information to UKBA and send along with the application.
What I'm going to do is right?

Thanks
Vinoth

No need to worry. Go ahead and apply your ILR.
Also apply ilr for your wife if she's eligible or else she can continue staying as a dependent.
