kairos, thanks for your response.

On page 31 of this post, OP "suhail" applied by post and his application took just two weeks for approval.

Also, reviewing inputs on this post after October date, some applicants have received letter for character check.

I called up the IND and below is their response.

If you are a naturalized BC then ILR on your non-BC passport is valid. If you aquired BC by birth and you also hold a non-BC passport then get ROA stamp on that passport.

The ILR stamp may still be valid but the status itself is not. British citizens are not subject to immigration control and hence cannot hold ILR. I assume it should be because technically your ILR is no longer valid once you become a British citizen. To my knowledge the ILR on your existing passport remains valid. It does not get cancelled. So, I don't think there is any need to carry naturalisation certificate if you are travelling on a non...
