Does any one know the waiting time after lodging a case for right of appeal to upper tribunal. I am an aylum seeker waiting for decision on right of appeal at upper tribunal. Case was lodged in October 2018.anyone in similar case or have knowledge regarding this issue.

I am an asylum seeker who lodged right of appeal to upper tribunal in October 2018. Since then i have not hèard a decision and wanted to know how long it takes for the court to make decision. Any advice out there.

I have been waiting for 12months and don't know why the decision is taking long for my asylum case in Liverpool. Who is out there that has waited for more than 1yr .

Can someone answer to the above question pliz.advise is greatly needed.
I also would like to know ones status if u have an asylum pending at the home office. R u still considered illegal if u have a pending case?
